Responsibilities
  • Define, develop and present effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solutions for case management
  • Engage directly with clients and project teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions
  • Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial or legacy systems
  • Collaborate with the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution
  • Deliver projects in an Agile SCRUM environment, participating in sprints, retrospectives and backlog grooming
  • Utilize collaboration tools such as DevOps and GitHub to manage project delivery
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
  • Develop a strong understanding of our services, industry, and community engagement
