Overview

Solution Architect (IBM Sterling Managed File Transfer)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Job Description :

• Analyze existing Tibco MFT data feeds
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with the client teams
• Identify the unique patterns in existing Tibco MFT data feeds
• Solution the identified data feeds leveraging existing shared SFG / B2Bi services
• Work with the client to create a comprehensive migration plan to SFG
• Create custom reusable business processes, delivery channels, and wrapper business processes
• Configure new SFG adapters and services based on data feed requirements
• Setup CCM rules, SLCs, monitors and custom reports requirements
• Work with the client to create and maintain a scorecard to track the progress on the migration
• Assist the client in conducting User Acceptance testing
• Assist with product deployment specific design
• Assist with migration of assets from current system to new system
• Assist with deployment specific testing
• Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Provide limited project management support, including management of IBM project personnel
• Act as a single point of contact for executive escalation within IBM Technology Expert Labs
• Report time spent on the project to Client’s Project Manager
• Administer the Project Change Control Procedure with Client’s Project Manager
• Work with Client’s Project Manager on resource allocation based on scope, schedule, project goals, and financial outlook
