• Red Seal or Journeyman Electrician Certification highly preferred.
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience, solar experience preferred.
• Comfort with heights and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in residential solar systems.
• Ensure safety and code compliance in all installations.
• Conduct testing and inspections before and after installation.
• Work with install teams to complete projects efficiently.
• Educate homeowners on system functions and maintenance.
