How You Will Contribute
  • Lead post-sales delivery of critical solutions for Blue Planet customers, ensuring high-quality outcomes in collaboration with Professional Services teams.
  • Transition project delivery from Sales and manage project scope, timeline, and budget alongside Program Managers.
  • Provide thought leadership and resolve complex implementation challenges, offering strategic guidance on requirements and follow-ups.
  • Approve design and development documentation, including test strategies, plans, and scripts.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and design sessions, creating technical architecture specifications that drive project success.
  • Configure and deploy ROA products leveraging deep IP network expertise.
  • Mentor teams, fostering consulting and application skills while advocating best practices for Blue Planet solutions.
The Must Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in telecommunications Assurance projects and functional/technical leadership roles.
  • Proven consultancy and leadership skills within Professional Services organizations.
  • Expertise in IP/MPLS technologies (ISIS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS Services).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, Kubernetes, Python, and database management (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse).
  • Deployment experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and monitoring tools like Nagios and Grafana.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Nice to Haves
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCIE).
  • Familiarity with Apache Kafka and traffic monitoring protocols (NetFlow/Sflow/Cflow).
  • Experience with source control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket) and ticketing platforms (JIRA, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of SQL and SNMP, Syslog, ICMP, SSH retrieval methods.
  • Exposure to software installation prerequisites such as server hardware and network infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and solve complex problems independently.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Pay Range

The annual pay range for this position is $104,600 - $184,900 CAD.
