A creative marketing agency is seeking a Social Media & Brand Manager to enhance the online presence of Chef Laurent Dagenais. This part-time contract role focuses on social media strategy, content ideation, and community engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience in social media management and a track record of strategic content growth. Compensation is up to $50/hour based on experience, with flexibility to work 15 hours per week.
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Brand Manager to join the core team of none other than Chef Laurent Dagenais. A top-tier chef and an even better entertainer, Laurent’s charm lies in his authenticity and it’s been amazing to see the world fall in love with it. As his audience grows, so does our appetite. Yep, we are starving and hungry for more (see what we did there?). Jokes aside, that’s where you come in!
We’re looking for someone to become a long-term partner in Laurent’s journey. You’ll lead social growth strategy, content ideation, community connection and current revenue stream management and new revenue stream creation. From reporting insights to leveraging AI tools for smarter content, you’ll help scale his presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You’ll also take charge of day-to-day execution from building authentic community engagement to supporting affiliate-driven content strategies that convert.
Working closely with Dulcedo and Laurent’s content production team, this role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in social media growth who’s ready to take their impact to the next level alongside one of the best in the game.
Scope of Work
Support and scale affiliate marketing initiatives through tailored content and channel strategy.
Lead monthly content audits and performance reports, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
Manage day-to-day community engagement, ensuring timely and thoughtful interaction with followers.
Maintain and organize content calendars, ensuring alignment with growth goals and brand priorities.
Act as a strategic partner to Laurent’s team: Dulcedo & production team, offering ideas, structure, and guidance.
Continuously monitor trends and platform updates to ensure all content remains relevant and competitive.
Manage internal softwares such as FRAME, Notion, Many Chats etc.

This is a part-time contract role: 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Compensation is up to $50 / hour, based on experience and skillset.

You’ll work directly with LD’s Dulcedo team in a highly collaborative, creative environment.
