Shift

1:00pm – 9:00pm (Monday–Friday), with occasional weekend hours.

Job Duties

• Supervise and train janitorial staff.
• Assign work shifts and areas.
• Manage employee relations, performance issues, and document incidents.
• Ensure accurate employee timekeeping and payroll processing.
• Inspect the site regularly for quality and safety concerns.
• Report and communicate project needs.
• Maintain supplies inventory.
• Address customer concerns promptly.
• Enforce safety policies and report accidents.
• Complete required training.
