A leading educational institution in New Westminster seeks a Site Services Supervisor to oversee Site Services operations and improve service delivery. The candidate will manage relationships with staff and develop new procedures to enhance client satisfaction. A two-year related credential and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Position Information
Location: Hybrid / New Westminster Campus
Salary Range: $56,671 to $63,636 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement
Provide supervision of Site Services, room bookings and resolve operational issues. Assists in developing new procedures to improve the coordination and client services provided by Facility Services. Provides exceptional client-centred service on a consistent basis to all stakeholder groups. The Site Services Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Site Services Assistants.
