Overview

Location: Kamloops Dealership, BC | Position Type: Regular Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team player to join our Warehouse Team as a Parts Receiver. In this key role, you will manage incoming and outgoing shipments by loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing packages, while ensuring the smooth flow of shipping and receiving operations. This position combines hands-on physical tasks with coordination alongside transportation partners to support both internal departments and external customers and keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee shipping and receiving of parts and accessories
  • Monitor and report inventory levels to the Fixed Operations Manager
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
  • Coordinate with staff and departments regarding incoming packages
  • Store, organize, and prepare packages for delivery or pick-up
  • Create and manage waybills for shipments
  • Communicate effectively with transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries
  • Package parcels for safe transportation
  • Provide customer service support, including counter sales, warranty processing, and responding to customer inquiries by phone
  • Stock and organize shelves to maintain product availability
  • Assist with warranty-related tasks (training provided)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fixed Operations Manager
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Previous warehouse or shipping / receiving experience preferred (training provided)
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, as required for the role
Compensation

Hourly wage: $21 – $25, based on experience with RV parts and related skills
