What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labelling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at the scheduled time.
  • Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials and re‑order supplies as needed.
  • Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays.
  • Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Other administrative and clerical work and ad‑hoc tasks as required.
What We’re Looking for:
  • At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available 20 hours per week with weekend and weekday availability.
