  • Position Summary: This introduction to philosophy will explore how philosophy can provide answers to questions concerning knowledge, truth, mind and body, personal identity, free will, morality, politics, reasoning and the existence of God.
  • Position Requirements: Graduate degree in Philosophy and demonstrated competence in the area of this course. Applicants should provide evidence of high quality teaching. The successful applicant will demonstrate high teaching quality in the relevant subject area. Hiring decisions will be made in accordance with the Department’s “Sessional Lecturers: Recruitment and Criteria” document, available upon request.
