DUTIES

The School of Nursing, Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner program requires the services of a Subject Matter Expert to teach the theory in NURS5100, NURS5200 and NURS3230.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • PhD (or equivalent) is preferred
  • MNNP qualification is required
  • Current NP registration in a Canadian jurisdiction in good standing without limits or conditions, and/or eligibility for registration with BCCNM
  • Three (3) years full time or equivalent in the role of a Nurse Practitioner
  • Evidence of continuous learning in your area of nursing
  • An understanding of, and experience in, the Canadian healthcare system

PLEASE NOTE: The Sessional rate for this course is$3090.60 per credit as per Article 11.5.5.3 of the TRU/TRU Collective Agreement
