Your Key Responsibilities
  • Defining scope and providing technical advisory services to assist clients implementing a ServiceNow program of work.
  • Understanding client requirements and translating them into workable system solutions, creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
  • Creating and maintaining Platform Implementation Roadmaps and provide hands on assistance with the detailed design and implementation approach of selected engagements.
  • Demonstrating product and technical leadership on ServiceNow engagements.
  • Working with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients.
To qualify for the role you must have
  • An ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, including but not limited to: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Source to Pay, Security Operations (SecOps), Risk Management, Now Assist.
  • Leverage Integration Hub to create and manage integrations with third-party applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements.
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC; well versed in CSDM 5.0 framework and an understanding of popular coding languages.
  • A keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box.
  • The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team.

  • ServiceNow certifications.
  • Consulting Experience.
Education
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.

  • Vancouver & Toronto : $110,000 to $160,000
  • Victoria : $99,000 to $149,000
