Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Journeyperson Certificate – Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET).
- Experience: 4+ years in agriculture equipment repair or a related field; previous John Deere experience is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and computer‑based diagnostic tools.
- People‑Focused: Team player with a friendly, professional attitude and focus on customer service.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, strong time management, ability to work independently, and adaptability.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for travel to service calls.
