Job description
Service Technician - Restaurant Equipment

Looking for a Challenge?
An Entry Level position... Leading to a NEW career

Action Restaurant Services is one of the largest Canadian-owned foodservice repair and installation companies in Southern Ontario. Located in Markham, Action has been servicing, testing, rebuilding, and installing restaurant and bakery equipment since 1979.

Are YOU a team player who enjoys solving problems for people because of your talent and technical skills? Do you have strong diagnostic skills? Are you mechanically inclined and handy around hand and power tools?

Have you completed high school with some credits in math, physics, chemistry, or electronics? Can you communicate well in English? Can you organize your thoughts and communicate in a logical manner? Experience with gas appliances would be an asset. A commercial appliance service technician is busy all year in a fast-paced industry that is not subject to layoffs nor do we slow down when the weather changes. Could this be the next step in your career path?

This is a full-time entry position including some overtime and occasional on-call weekend duties. Excellent company benefits, vacation, and paid time off. You must be comfortable driving a service van (clean driving record required).

If you are good at what you do, willing to learn, attend training schools locally or out of town, and prepared to join a Professional Team, we’d like to hear from you.
