Service Contract Consultant is responsible for preparing and managing service proposals and contracts to support customer success and business growth. This role ensures timely delivery of proposals, effective follow‑up, and smooth execution of service agreements.

Are you a customer‑focused professional with a passion for translating business needs into actionable solutions? You’ll work closely with Sales teams to understand customer goals and develop proposals that address their needs.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Prepare new and renewal service proposals based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Follow up on service proposals with a strong focus on closing orders and securing customer commitment.
• Review customer purchase orders, confirm service dates, generate service contracts, and coordinate handover to the Service Coordination team for execution.
• Manage the full lifecycle of service contract renewals, ensuring continuity, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand scope and value.

What do we expect from you?

• Post‑secondary education is preferred in either Business or Technical fields like instrumentation, automation, electronics or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Business‑to‑Business experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Intermediate computer processing skills, including SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Aspiration to sales in order to expand customer inquiries.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
