About the Role:

Service Advisors are the primary contact with our service guests. They greet customers, listen to their needs, consult customers on their vehicles' needs , and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Cochrane Toyota is looking for individuals who are knowledgeable, detailed, and can communicate withstaff and customers through a variety of communication tools.

WhatYou'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting our guests in a courteous & prompt manner
  • Initiate vehicle service consultation over the phone or online communications, document customer concerns, recommend necessary maintenance.
  • Pre-Generate repair orders based on guest work flow and any additional information provided during the appointment process.
  • Discuss repairs with technicians and provide estimates as required.
  • Maintain consistent contact with the guest for the duration of their vehicles service by updating on the status of their vehicle.
  • Review the invoice with the customer and ensure their vehicle is ready for service delivery.
  • Arrange alternate transportation for guests while their vehicle is being serviced.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and follow-up on specially ordered parts and open work orders.
  • Answer & Make Phone Calls & Emails to address any customer requests with the highest level of response and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction score that is greater than the zone average.
