This frontline position is the cornerstone of the service department - undertaking all actions necessary to support the efficient receipt, processing and return of John Deere ag and turf equipment brought in for repair, maintenance or upgrade. Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming items, accurately record the customer’s information
• Open work orders as needed and maintain control of these work orders
• Ensure that all relevant information is collected and provided to the service technicians.
• Arrange logistics for equipment into and out of the service department
• Maintain communication with customer during the work and ensure a perfect delivery of the completed job
• Pro-actively contact customers to solve problems before they happen
