Overview

We're looking for a Server to join our team in Prince Rupert, BC at the Chances Grill PR, who is a positive, trustworthy team player. The Chances Grill PR is in the Chances Casino, so our servers need to be able to work in loud, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will not only be able to work in the midst of loud noise, dim lighting, and flashing lights, but will thrive in the centre of the crowd, ensuring all guests have a fun, memorable experience that keeps them coming back for more. As such, we\'re looking for someone who already has 6 months to 1 year in the Food Services or Hospitality industry. The ability to multi-task is important as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. As a server, the successful candidate will need to be available to work on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and be able to lift and carry trays filled with food and dishes as well as stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly. The Chances Grill PR is in the Chances Casino, so all candidates must be 19 years or older and have a Serving it Right certificate as well as the ability to successfully complete a criminal record and credit check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB).
