Responsibilities
  • Help review and prepare business valuations using different methods to determine value.
  • Lead projects that assess the quality of earnings and conduct due diligence.
  • Assist with reviews and preparations for impairment tests and price allocations needed for financial reporting according to IFRS.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports and documents for clients, such as valuation reports and databases.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in rules, and best practices in business valuations and financial analysis.
  • Guide and support other staff in their professional and personal growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Find and take part in opportunities to grow the business.
  • Assist Partners with managing client relationships and developing the practice.
Qualifications
  • CPA and CBV certifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in valuation work with a professional services firm.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in developing business opportunities.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Ability to work quickly and handle multiple projects at the same time.
