A global technology consulting firm in Calgary is seeking a Senior Technology Account Manager Delivery. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring optimal delivery of services, and leading teams across various projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of delivery experience and expertise in data and analytics services in cloud environments. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a focus on growth and transformation.
The North America Engagement Partner (EP) plays a critical and meaningful role in the success of North America Insights and Data’s delivery and growth within our client’s ecosystem . At an account, in partnership with the Account Executive (AE), the EP is instrumental in crafting a healthy balance between transforming, delivering the current book of business (60%), and helping expand win new business (40%). From a client standpoint, EP is the single point of contact for all Sales & delivery matters on‑site or offshore for Insights and Data related work.
Along with the AE who leads all areas including I&D,the EP provides a unified view of Capgemini’s delivery andproject status to the client.
The EP will work in close coordination with the AE on account growth/mining / land and expand initiatives.
The EP is guided by the AE on account specific P&L goals and plans.
Successful EPs have a healthy mix of account management, client management, delivery leadership, and bid management, financial management skills. In addition, s/he is well versed with Digital & cloud Transformation and in the data and analytics space leveraging the full suite of Capgemini and competitor capabilities to help guide clients along their Digital journey.
