5‑7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a focus on product, design and engineering.
Proven ability to source, engage, and close technical talent in a competitive market.
Experience working in a high‑growth or startup environment, comfortable with shifting priorities and fast execution.
Proficient with sourcing tools and creative sourcing techniques and familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby is a plus.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
