We believe great businesses thrive on diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. We recruit candidates from diverse backgrounds and foster a work environment free of barriers.

Your role

Global Relay requires an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to join the Global Relay AI Product Management team. The TPM will assume product ownership of specific products/components/features of the AI product portfolio, contributing to the company\'s AI-enabled strategy, ensuring seamless integration, optimizing performance, and driving innovation in alignment with market needs and customer requirements.

You will work closely with agile teams including engineering and data scientists, cross-functional colleagues, other Product team members, UX, and customers/customer-facing teams to deliver on the product roadmap, driving new initiatives and impactful features through the development process. Your work will provide direct impact and value to our enterprise clients across industries including finance, insurance, healthcare, and energy.

Working with Product Management, Senior TPMs deliver the product roadmap and drive new products and features through the development process. They collaborate with Product Managers to ensure roadmaps are clear, prioritized, achievable, and aligned with strategy. Senior TPMs reliably deliver large and complex initiatives often involving multiple teams. They lead early requirement discovery and analysis, breaking them down into releases, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. They work with Team Leads, Architects, and UI/UX to ensure high-quality designs are produced. TPMs attend and often lead daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies, refine the team\'s backlog, plan sprints, accept completed stories, monitor progress, report status, and manage release activities including documentation and training.

Your responsibilities
  • Delivery of AI products/components/features in alignment with strategy and the broader company roadmap
  • Lead large, complex initiatives from roadmap to delivery with minimal support and guidance from product managers
  • Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modelling, use case modelling, workflow design, and documentation skills
  • Recognized as a go-to expert and natural leader within your product line
  • Translate roadmap initiatives and feature requests into models, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts
  • Understand the design, business logic, and technical architecture of platform components and their interactions
  • Identify and coordinate cross-component dependencies throughout development
  • Proven ability to present to teams, business leaders, C-level executives, and customer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Support, clients, and other TPMs to manage backlog and contribute to the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with other TPMs, Architects, UI/UX, and Team Leads to drive requirements through the design phase
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
  • Support release activities with training, documentation, and announcements
About you
  • 6+ years of experience as a technical program/product manager or product owner
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies (Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI)
  • Strong technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, business, and C-level executives
  • Strong requirement development and management skills (elicitation, analysis, use-case modelling, workflow, documentation)
  • Experience leading cross-team initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience planning, monitoring, and reporting on status for multiple initiatives/teams
  • Experience with enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS)
Nice to have
  • Experience as a software developer/engineer
  • Background in financial or legal industries
  • Experience implementing and overseeing APIs
  • Experience with Data, Reporting and Business Intelligence products and services
  • Experience with large-scale performance and scalability
