Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and/or have direct participation with the preparation and completion of audit and review working paper files primarily for mid-size to large owner-managed businesses and small public companies.
  • Review and/or preparation of financial statements and appropriate disclosure in accordance with GAAP.
  • Review and/or preparation of corporate income tax returns.
  • Preparation and analysis of various other reports as required such as: special audit reports, projections and forecasts, cash flow analysis, etc.
  • Review and/or preparation of personal income tax returns as required.
  • Supervision, guidance and training of junior staff.
Your Qualifications
  • CA finalist with approximately three years of public practice experience.
  • Confidence in communicating with primary client contacts on all aspects of assurance engagement related matters.
  • Strong auditing background with proven working paper file completion, reconciliation, investigative and problem solving skills.
  • Working knowledge in various software packages including Caseware/Caseview, Taxprep, Word and Excel
  • High standard of oral and written communication skills needed to effectively liaise between partners, clients and support staff.
  • Interpersonal skills suited to guide various levels of team members through multiple assignments
  • Commitment and organizational skills required to meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding references in support of relevant experience.
