Reporting to the Superintendent, the Senior Supervisor, Mine Operations is responsible for working closely with Mine Engineering, Maintenance, Processing, and the other Mine Operations Supervisors to ensure the mine plan is developed effectively and executed safely and productively in an autonomous haulage environment.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities who will collaborate with and establish strong relationships across multi-disciplinary teams. This role requires versatility and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast‑paced environment undergoing transformational change specifically with autonomous haulage. Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills including the ability to empower, coach, and mentor others are vital.

$130,000 - $161,000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
