Job Location : Responsibilities

• Develop structural engineering deliverables including design models, calculations and plant design
• Provide project review of structural and civil deliverables
• Coordinate designers and drafters
• Review progress and schedule
• Adhere to all CPC Engineering and CPC Project Designpolicies, systems, procedures and quality management requirements

This role will suit a higher-degree qualified engineer with significant (10 years+) process plant design experience. It is expected you will have high-level competence in using structural analysis software.

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years experience in minerals process plant design experience
• High level competence in designing to relevant Australian Standards, particularly steel and concrete structures
• High level competence in using structural analysis software, particularly SpaceGass and Strand7
• Ability to produce high quality study estimates
• Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft office environment
• Ability to manage studies and small design projects
• Excellent organisational and time management skills for systems and follow up
• Attention to detail, excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Willingness to travel for short-term site visits if required
