What you’ll do

As a dedicated strategic financially minded professional, you will work in a dynamic position across the organization that requires the ability to create strong partnerships with key stakeholders and to apply your understanding of financial knowledge, profitability modeling, financial planning and budgeting.

You will be responsible for assessing the P&L, opex, COGS, profitability and impacts of the global product strategy & development decisions in near and long term planning context. This position will also manage budget and forecasting contributing to the overall financial planning objectives related to the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Financial modeling Ability to assess and develop financial model and reporting requirements
• Business Acumen: Evaluates impacts of changes to business plans leveraging your strong knowledge of business operations and strategy and key financial indicators to provide informed, insightful recommendations
• Business Case Development: Ability to build effective business cases and articulate succinct business rationale to an executive audience, including financial projections
• Communication Skills: Prepares/reviews complex reports to communicate financial concepts to non-finance teams
• Adaptability: Proven track record in balancing immediate and long-term priorities while being flexible and adaptable
• Relationship Building: Build strong work relationships with partners across TELUS Health
• Key Performance Indicators: Revenue, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), Margin, Churn, Customer L2R (Likelihood to Recommend)

Great-to-haves

• Experience in the health industry
• University degree or MBA
• 7-10 years of experience in product management and development

Salary Range: $102,000-$154,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
