The Sr. Strategic HR Partner acts as strategic partner to business unit leaders from assigned portfolios, aligning people strategies with business goals. This role is pivotal in translating enterprise-wide people initiatives into tailored, high-impact solutions that drive organizational performance. By fostering strong relationships with leaders, this role champions a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and manage stress. The role requires minimal travel (~15%) to various CN properties.
