We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist, Technical to join our team in Brampton and support our Field Quality Investigations department.

A Day in the Life:

  • Working with our Field Quality Investigations (FQI) team to install, test and confirm failure modes of various collected warranty parts

  • Shipping FQI-related incident parts to various countries

  • Receiving and evaluating warranty collection parts, related to FQI investigations

  • Maintaining the fleet of vehicles for our Total Customer Satisfaction department

  • Supporting Corporate Vehicles and Media Relations Departments

  • Maintaining FQC shop and tools

  • Coordinating and supporting FQI test activities such as installation of winter test-related equipment, testing new models under defined parameters, and documentation of test results

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Ontario Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification or equivalent

  • 5+ years experience in the Automotive Service Technician trade

  • Well organized individual with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision

  • Knowledge of proper shipping and handling methods

  • Active Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract and no criminal record

  • Dangerous Goods and Forklift certification is a bonus

Desired:

  • Nissan/Infiniti Senior or Master Tech qualification
