We are currently looking for a Senior Site Superintendent to join our construction team. As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, One Team, One Dream, Caring at our Core, Powered by Passion and We Make it Happen.

Vacancy Status: Future Opportunity

What you’ll do:

• Plan, lead and document the execution of the project
• Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the contract documents and Broccolini's standard
• Ensure that nonconforming work is addressed and that the highest level of quality control is maintained
• Create and manage the project schedule
• Ensure implementation of Broccolini's HSE program as well as site specific policies and procedures
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
• Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment. Complete performance reviews for site team

What you bring:

• High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience
• Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
• Advanced leadership and decision making skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites

Working Conditions:

• Based full-time on construction sites (site office + field presence)
