Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development, optimization, and integration of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations, drive custom development, and integrate third-party applications to support business needs. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor Salesforce administrators and developers, while serving as a trusted partner to business stakeholders.
- This is a highly technical role with significant business impact. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce processes, systems, and tools are aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience in a complex, fast-paced environment (enterprise software preferred).
- Salesforce-certified professional with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Enterprise, and Lightning.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and integration tools such as MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and optimize business processes across multiple systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance short-term requests and long-term project deliverables.
- Detail-oriented and process-minded, with the ability to produce high-quality technical and business documentation.

- Experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.
- Passion for coaching and team development.
- Familiarity with tools in a modern sales / marketing stack (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo).
