What You’ll Do
- Align Systems Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure unified data, workflows, and business processes.
- Optimize Processes: Analyze and refine lead routing, pipeline management, forecasting, and lifecycle workflows to improve conversion and efficiency.
- Integrate AI & Automation: Develop and manage AI‑based automations and intelligent agents to accelerate execution and improve data‑driven insights.
- Own Key Systems: Administer, configure, and enhance Salesforce and other GTM applications to support evolving business needs.
- Evaluate and Implement Tools: Identify new technologies and integrations to enhance operational scalability and cross‑team collaboration.
- Oversee Integrations: Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between CRM, marketing automation, customer success, and finance systems.
- Maintain Data Quality: Establish data governance standards and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
- Deliver Insights: Build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor performance metrics and support strategic decision‑making.
- Document and Enable: Create documentation and deliver training sessions to ensure users can confidently adopt and leverage systems.
- Lead Projects: Manage cross‑functional technology and process initiatives from concept to rollout with clear execution and follow‑through.

Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing and customizing Salesforce and related GTM applications.
- Deep understanding of revenue operations processes (lead generation, pipeline, forecasting, and retention).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and cross‑functional communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high‑growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven automation platforms or intelligent agent frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Salesforce Flows, Marketo, Dealhub, Gong, ZoomInfo, Spiff, or similar.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Tray.io).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a strong plus.
