Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust identity governance frameworks, automating IAM processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable and secure IAM solutions that align with business needs.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including workflows, rules, connectors, and certifications, to meet business and security requirements.
- Implement and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access reviews.
- Develop custom connectors and integrations with various systems, applications, and directories (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Automate IAM processes using SailPoint APIs, scripting (e.g., Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell), and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IdentityIQ‑related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define strategies, and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SailPoint configurations, processes, and procedures to support audits and compliance efforts.
- Monitor and optimize SailPoint solutions, identifying opportunities for performance improvements and process enhancements.
Must‑have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM roles, with at least 4 years of hands‑on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including workflows, rules, certifications, and connectors.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, role‑based access control (RBAC), and access certifications.
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell for scripting and customization within SailPoint.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access governance.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Nice‑to‑have:
- SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer).
- Experience with API integration (RESTful APIs) and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog).
- Understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
- Exposure to networking/security technologies such as load balancers (F5, GTM, LTM), firewalls, and Single Sign‑On (SSO) systems.
