Description: Nissan Canada Finance (NCF) division, this role will be responsible for supporting development, implementation and maintenance of risk management models, policies, and processes covering the areas of credit (retail and wholesale), compliance and operational risks.

A Day in the Life
  • Monitor and analyze risk strategy effectiveness and portfolio performance trends; identify and investigate unexpected changes.
  • Prepare routine reports for local and global stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and monitor credit adjudication strategies and scorecards to optimize automated decision quality and volume.
  • Support departmental projects, initiatives, and test case execution.
Who We're Looking for

Required:

  • Post-secondary degree in an analytical or data-focused discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience in credit risk management or financial reporting & analysis; automotive industry experience is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with a curious mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholder groups and influence change.
  • Proficiency with large relational datasets and tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL.

Desired:

  • Experience preparing concise, data-driven reports or presentations for management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new concepts and changing priorities.
