Overview

This is an opportunity to lead delivery coordination for a high-impact transformation program involving a new digital portal and multiple cloud and data migration initiatives. As a Senior Release Train Engineer, you will hold a pivotal position in aligning teams, enabling Agile delivery, and driving multi-functional progress toward our mission. In this role, you\'ll gain exposure to a multi-initiative program, work with senior customers, and influence how technology drives strategic outcomes across the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive program-level execution across multiple project workstreams
  • Coordinate dependencies, work you\'re doing, and timelines across Agile teams and shared services
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments
  • Establish and maintain transparency of progress, achievements, and program health through reporting and tooling (Jira/Confluence)
  • Collaborate with Product Teams, Architecture, DevOps, Security and Business Customers to align priorities and ensure value delivery
  • Ensure readiness for release cycles and coordinate integrated testing and delivery pipelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or enterprise environment
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Program Manager
  • Deep understanding of Agile framework and Lean principles
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification or Program Consultant
  • Experience leading programs involving cloud transformation (e.g., Azure, AWS) and large-scale data migrations
  • Background in enterprise portal or digital experience platform delivery
  • Knowledge of compliance and governance in regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance)
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and vendors

Salary range is expected to be between

$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
