Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level technology and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in project delivery, strong leadership, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.

What you'll be doing in the role
  • Plan, lead, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of complex client-based projects and deliverables.
  • Manage budgets and align project deliverables to expected business benefits.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and Scrum Masters to align delivery plans and remove delivery blockers.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog reviews.
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
  • Use delivery tracking tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project) to manage progress and maintain visibility of project status.
  • Produce and present detailed project plans, status reports, dashboards, and risk / issue logs.
  • Support the adoption of DevOps and CI / CD principles in delivery planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and organizational standards.
What skills / qualifications you’ll need to do the job
  • University Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level projects in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms, along with a background in delivering projects within government, public sector, or regulated environments, will be considered strong assets.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and executive reporting.
