We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Project Engineer.

Successful candidates will guide the development of mixed-signal (Digital & RF) electronic units for satellite and space-based systems. This role oversees concept-to-integration activities for products such as digital processing units, memory systems, and motor‑drive electronics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a Digital/Analog hardware design team for space applications.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional engineering groups (RF, systems, power, digital, manufacturing, mechanical, EMC, thermal).
  • Manage program cost, schedule, requirements, and technical delivery.
  • Plan and conduct design, manufacturing, and quality review milestones.
  • Support procurement, production, and subcontractor activities.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage staffing needs, and report to Program Management.
  • Assess risks and support informed decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support department improvement initiatives.
  • Translate system requirements into electronic unit‑level specifications.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in processor, high-speed, or mixed‑signal PCB design.
  • 3+ years leading electronics development teams.
  • Strong communication, planning, and interpersonal leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile methods (Scrum, PSPO, Management 3.0).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, JIRA, MS Access.
  • Knowledge of electronic circuits, communication protocols, and PCB manufacturing.
  • Exposure to RF, mixed‑signal, high‑speed, signal processing, or motor control design.
