A leading P&C insurance company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Program Underwriter to join their Programs team. The successful candidate will evaluate exposures, negotiate business with brokers, and collaborate with partners to deliver innovative underwriting solutions. A minimum of 5 years of commercial underwriting experience is required, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility for remote work.

We work in a hybrid model, and you should expect to split your time between working in the office and working remotely, with flexibility based on the role and the business needs. We currently have an office in downtown Toronto and will eventually be establishing offices in other provinces. Should you currently work in a province where we do not have an office, you will remain remote until such time as we do establish an office.
