Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an expert‑level understanding of the Arrow deposit, becoming the primary geological authority for mine‑related drill planning, geologic interpretation, and production‑focused logging.
  • Compile, integrate, and interpret historical geological information, including technical reports, drillhole data, geophysical datasets, mapping, and QA/QC records.
  • Lead and execute ongoing resource model updates, validating existing grades and geological domains in support of mine design and production scheduling.
  • Manage external consulting geologists and subject matter experts.
  • Design and implement an underground geological mapping system that integrates 3D models, 2D mapping data, and new underground observations.
  • Develop production geological reporting systems, including templates, workflows, and regulatory‑compliant documentation required for submission to the Province of Saskatchewan.
  • Lead sampling program management, including ongoing metallurgical sampling and geotechnical and geomechanical sample programs.
  • Drive Arrow‑specific data management, working with the corporate Database Manager to organize, maintain, and update geological datasets.
