Position Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead the software and applications portfolio product management team, entrusted with defining, executing, and managing the product vision and strategy throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. This role entails developing product roadmaps, commercialization strategies, conducting market analysis, and engaging with customers to achieve strategic targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive product portfolio strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Execute clear, prioritized product roadmaps that balance long-term strategic goals with immediate operational needs.
  • Conduct market research to uncover industry trends and competitive threats, using insights to inform product development.
  • Prepare and present budgets, reports, and profitability assessments to ensure financial health of the product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior sales and commercial stakeholders to support pre-sales and project bid activities.
  • Proactively engage with customers, utilizing Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to guide product strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team, ensuring alignment with functional performance criteria.
