  • Serve as the primary reviewer for API design and changes, ensuring adherence to quality, performance, and usability standards
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and launch scalable, reliable APIs, participating in technical discussions and architecture decisions
  • Produce detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and API specifications (OpenAPI, AsyncAPI) for clarity across teams
  • Partner with marketing and developer relations teams to drive adoption, engagement, and successful go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and service-level objectives (SLOs) to inform roadmap decisions and product improvements
  • Act as the primary advocate for developers and institutional clients, ensuring their needs are reflected in API features and enhancements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with strong focus on API products or developer platforms
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API design, authentication/authorization methods (OAuth, API keys), and asynchronous API flows
  • Experience writing clear API documentation and working with OpenAPI/AsyncAPI specifications
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and product design
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Passion for financial markets and creating products that empower developers and democratize financial services
  • Nice-to-have: background in engineering, experience in fintech/brokerage, familiarity with gRPC/WebSockets, remote-first work experience, and knowledge of trading workflows
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and stock options
  • Comprehensive health benefits
  • Home-office setup allowance and monthly remote work stipend
  • Opportunity to shape high-impact API products used by businesses worldwide
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment with global team collaboration
