Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will lead strategy and research within the Payments and Open Banking space, serving as the product's internal and external voice. This role is essential in shaping partnerships and delivering value-added services in a hybrid work setting that combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans for new products and enhancements
  • Define and articulate product value propositions, pricing models, and positioning in the market
  • Create high-level product requirements, user flows, and use cases aligned with agile methodology
  • Conduct customer and partner-facing discovery to define problems and ideate potential solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and refine product opportunities
  • Participate in client workshops with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Technology, and more
  • Translate business requirements into technical documentation (e.g., epics, user stories) for scrum teams
  • Manage product backlog, feature releases, and authorize enhancements based on business need
  • Analyze market feedback and win/loss data to enhance product functionality
  • Monitor and direct the financial performance and lifecycle health of the product
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in Payments, Strategy, or Transformation
  • Proven success in product commercialization and launching GTM efforts
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Leading cross-functional teams in client-centric innovation environments
  • Driving strategy in Open Banking or Financial Technology ecosystems
