The impact you'll make:

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Planning, the Senior Planning Manager’s primary responsibility is management of the Planning and Supply processes that supports the company’s sales goals while minimizing stock outs and excess inventory for all product categories. The Manager will also take the lead on developing the right tools and processes to support excellence in Planning and Supply.

All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

What you'll do:

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the development and execution of demand forecasts using current and historical sales data, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs.
• Align demand planning with business objectives, sales targets, and financial goals.
• Along with the Director, Supply Chain Planning, drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Supply Planning & Inventory Management

• Oversee supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.
• Balance supply and demand to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
• Collaborate with procurement and co-manufacturing to ensure capacity planning and material availability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather insights and improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review forecast performance, supply constraints, and mitigation plans.
  Technology, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
• Develop and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and supply chain costs.
• Identify root causes of forecast errors and supply imbalances; implement corrective actions.
• Work with IT team to develop and refine Power BI reporting tools
• Optimize team use of advanced planning tools (Netstock)
• Ensure data integrity and leverage analytics for decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage and mentor a team of demand and supply planners.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Develop talent through coaching, training, and performance management.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar planning role.
• Previous leadership experience
• Strong understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling, etc.).
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Demand & Supply Planning tools and using ERP systems
• Ability to take on new challenges and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining focus and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to take initiative and exercise judgment

The compensation range on average for this position is from $120,000 - 130,000 annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and mayvary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
