The Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Specialist leads the design and delivery of programs that support employee health, safety, and wellbeing across Canada. This role ensures compliance with local legislation, aligns with SAP's global standards, and integrates wellbeing into the overall employee experience. Combining strategy, compliance, and people-focused programming, the role helps shape a resilient, safe, and high-performing workplace. This role sits in the Head of People & Culture office for the Americas.

Salary transparency: SAP provides the annualized compensation range for this role. The targeted combined range for this position is CAD 88,800 – 191,100.
