Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of insurance defence or plaintiff personal injury experience.
  • Member in good standing of the Law Society in New Brunswick or other specified provinces.
  • Excellent communication abilities and experience in drafting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle claims litigation from referral to resolution.
  • Collaborate with Claims colleagues on legal assessments and litigation.
  • Provide mentorship to junior legal staff.
