A leading gold production company located in Ontario is seeking a Senior Mill Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance execution and lead a dedicated team. This role requires a college diploma in industrial mechanic, ideally with a Certificate of Qualification in Ontario and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will focus on fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement while effectively managing mechanical services to meet operational goals. Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Millwright, Machinist, Welder, E&I Technician, Pipefitter or Mechanical Engineer.
  • 5 or more years of leadership experience.
  • Exposure to lean and multi-disciplinary team leadership is desirable.
