Job Responsibilities

1. Develop new business opportunities and handle an existing portfolio.
2. Focus on profitable growth, generating new business, and retaining your existing renewal portfolio.
3. Maintain excellent service standards and build long-standing customer relationships.
4. Look after key broker Fleet accounts in the South East and trade and negotiate effectively.

Candidate Requirements

1. Strong underwriting background with experience in dealing with complex cases.
2. Approachable, confident, and capable of delivering outstanding levels of service both internally and externally.
3. Visible in the market with existing broker relationships.
4. ACII or a commitment to continuous professional development is advantageous.
