Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns that grow, activate, and nurture the Poshmark Canada community
- Drive growth and engagement across key platforms, ensuring programs align with business objectives
- Adapt programming and merchandising to local consumer tastes and trends
- Collaborate with marketing and community teams to translate customer insights into integrated strategies
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation where possible
- Travel within Canada as needed
6-Month Success Looks Like
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including analysis and recommendations
- Gain a deep understanding of our communications programs and audience behaviors
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
12+ Month Success Looks Like
- Identify and prioritize in-country opportunities for user growth and engagement
- Recommend improvements to content strategy and delivery methods
- Contribute to the marketing content calendar and uncover partnership opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, ecommerce, or related field
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance drivers and act on findings
- Quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Highly organized, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Collaborative with strong relationship-building abilities
- Navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward
- Passion for Poshmark; experience with the app and community is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; Asana, Jira, and Airtable experience is an asset
- BA / BS degree preferred
