As part of our team, you'll be driving our Data as a Service (DaaS) transformation, creating a powerful Bell Cloud Data Mesh that enables seamless sharing of data across the enterprise.

You'll work in a DevOps mode, leading development, engineering and operations to create a reliable and scalable data framework across the company. Your work will be critical to our operations, ensuring our development roadmap aligns with evolving business needs.

Summary

The Technical Delivery Manager will act as the primary technical liaison with customers, responsible for capturing, translating and delivering requirements for high‑density computing environments. This role ensures that customer expectations, contractual obligations, and technical specifications are accurately understood and converted into actionable deliverables for internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet directly with customers to gather, clarify, and document technical requirements for high‑density computing workloads.
  • Translate customer requirements and contractual obligations into clear, traceable technical deliverables and implementation plans.
  • Review and interpret contracts, statements of work, service schedules, and technical specifications to ensure compliance throughout project execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, and commissioning teams to ensure delivered solutions align with customer needs and capacity constraints.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including requirement matrices, interface specifications, solution briefs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor delivery progress across internal teams to ensure scope, timelines, and quality metrics are met.
  • Provide technical guidance during issue resolution, escalating risks or deviations from customer requirements as needed.
  • Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with established data center standards, operational constraints, and compliance requirements.
Critical Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of technical delivery ideally within data center infrastructure, power/cooling systems, or high‑density computing environments.
  • Ability to interpret and translate contracts, technical requirements, and engineering documents.
  • Experience interfacing with customers in a technical or delivery role.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver complex technical outcomes.
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes, change management, and operational readiness is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong customer‑facing presence and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Detail‑oriented and methodical in documenting requirements and tracking deliverables.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑focused.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Additional Information:

For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week. Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, Bell offers flexibility in work hours based on the business needs.
