As a strategic partner, you will challenge the status quo, mobilize leaders and teams, and embed a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure that our organization not only adapts to change but thrives in delivering lasting value for our people and our business.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Performance, Design & Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Partner with leaders to align structures & processes with strategic objectives.
  • Lead diagnostics and performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement strategic workforce planning using data‑driven insights to ensure business capabilities.

Transformation & Change management

  • Guide Organizational Change: directs change management & structural evolution to support transformation strategies effectively.
  • Manage Cultural Shifts: ensuring employee engagement and support during transitions.
  • Build Team Capabilities: Focuses on providing tools and training to build resilience and adaptability across teams.
  • Embed Sustainable Transformation: Helps make transformation sustainable by embedding it into the organizational culture and operations.
  • Develop and deploy OD tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Measure and report on the impact of OD initiatives.
About you
  • 5 to 7 years in organizational design, change management, or project management.
