Your Mission
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies and initiatives across the business unit.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized processes and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a mindset of innovation and excellence.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and track the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to embrace and support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Responsible for project planning and oversight of strategic / operational initiatives on ongoing operational improvement projects.
  • Support National Programs Manager with business implementation and setting up operations teams with dashboards to monitor execution.
  • Participate in the governance committees as required.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Provides clear direction, sets measurable goals and holds team members accountable for performance and results.
  • Coaches, develops and supports team members through regular feedback, performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Fosters a high-performing, inclusive team culture that aligns with company values and business objectives.
What You Bring to the Table

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or Registered HCP in relevant field.

Experience

  • Experience in healthcare operations and knowledge of PSP (Patient Support Programs) operations is required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations, process improvement or related field.
  • Combined experience with PMO (Project Management Office) designation is preferred.
  • Experience with process automation and technology vendor management.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project planning, management and delivery of operational improvement projects.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role location and the needs of the organization.

Compensation

At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
